Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Freight Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate freight charges on customer sales orders, review and code freight transactions, and support monthly freight reporting. This role supports operations within the Sonepar group and offers remote or branch flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring applicable freight charges are accurately captured and accounted for on customer sales orders.
• Reviewing and validating freight-related transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensuring freight invoices are coded to the appropriate General Ledger accounts.
• Overseeing daily review and resolution of the Eclipse Freight Audit Report, including tagged purchase order freight transactions.
• Monitoring freight recovery reporting to ensure freight revenue and recoverable costs are appropriately captured each month.
