Job summary

Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Freezer Associate to support cold-storage operations in Indianapolis. You will load/unload shipments, stock freezer inventory, fulfill orders, and maintain accurate records with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service is desired.
• Knowledge of warehouse functions: safety, receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory, order-fulfillment and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Select orders in the warehouse and stack product on pallets for outbound staging.
• Assist in Protein Repack Room with movement of bulk and repacked palletized product.
• Put-away / Stocking and Selection / Order picking.
• Work safely and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed.
• Change tasks as the DC requires.
• Operate PIT equipment per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
