Job summary

Daily Deals Food Outlet in Michigan is looking for a Retail Team Member - Freezer Lead to keep our freezers stocked, clean, and welcoming while helping customers find products and answer questions. You will help move overstock and closeout food efficiently, delivering value to families and supporting a more sustainable shopping experience.

The role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, basic math and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of retail or similar industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assist them in locating products and resolving issues.

As a Retail Team Member, you play a key role in supporting our mission. You help reduce food waste and make a positive impact in the community by keeping our freezers well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. Your work helps move overstock and closeout food efficiently, delivering value to families while contributing to a more sustainable food system.

A Sample of the Role:

This role involves accurately restocking, rotating, and monitoring frozen food products inside the freezers to ensure a clean and organized presentation, as well as assisting customers in locating items. The Freezer Stock Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, adhering to safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for keeping the freezer and bunkers on the floor filled and front faced.
