2nd Shift, Maintenance Mechanic Lead
I have worked for Fair Oaks Foods for over 9 months now. It feels like family to me, and I am grateful that if I am sick and must go home that I have the backing of the company and am allowed that time away. It is never an issue and management is always very accommodating as long as proper documentation gets returned for the absence. Fair Oaks Foods has also given me the opportunity to learn how to safely make quality food, mixing proper batch ingredients, while controlling quality in a safe environment. I really admire the FOF slogan and support on the production floor “If you see something, say something”. I love working at Fair Oaks Foods and how the company treats us as employees and family.
