Job summary

Sam’s Club in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a dedicated Stocker to help maintain the Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas and ensure shelves stay stocked and clean for our members. You will be on the front lines of customer service, assisting members, stocking products, and helping with displays in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate price labeling, and adherence to cold-chain procedures while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety of Facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Stock and display merchandise in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas, set up, price, and audit.
• Provide member service by helping customers locate merchandise and answer questions.
• Follow cold chain policies and keep the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area clean and sanitized; report issues to Management.
