Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Position Summary: The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker helps keep shelves stocked and maintains the operational and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers. In the deli department, you will contribute to customer service on the front lines and support responsible stocking and display of products to ensure a great member experience.

What you’ll do

• Maintain safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety checks and report unsafe conditions
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking, cleaning and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, assisting with locating merchandise and purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services
• Follow policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, cold-chain procedures, and area cleanliness; monitor equipment operation and report issues

Salary information: The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in certain circumstances.
