Job summary

National DCP, LLC seeks a Warehouse Selector to support Dunkin distribution operations. You will use an electric pallet jack and voice-picking tech to efficiently build, label, and palletize custom orders for outbound delivery.

Work across dry, cooler, and freezer environments, maintaining safety and selection-rate targets while contributing to a collaborative team culture and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in Dry, Cooler and Freezer environments.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience with voice-directed picking preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to accurately and safely hand select orders.
• Stack product on pallets and stage them for outbound loading.
• Maintain established selection rates across temperature zones.
• Shrink-wrap loads securely for transit and inspect equipment daily.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
