Leads distribute unloading assignments to handlers and coordinate unloading activities. At the direction of the department manager. Leads manage the completion of administrative paperwork for reporting daily activity to the corporate office and have some responsibility for ensuring compliance with all FHI policies and procedures. Responsibilities include:* Adaptability and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are essential.* Communicate effectively with other departments and customer service to meet customer demands.* In a fast-paced environment, safely and efficiently unload tractor trailers delivering products to our distribution warehouses.* Use a variety of forklifts to remove products from trailers.* Break down pallets and restack cases onto new pallets – this is where the manual labor comes in!* All other duties as assigned.**Please note this is not a travel position, and you should live local to the site.**We take pride in doing things right, and that includes the way we treat our associates.
