Job summary

ER of White Rock in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Free Standing Emergency Room Physician to deliver high-quality emergency care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and trauma. The role requires clinical confidence and strong leadership in a fast-paced setting.

The physician will evaluate, diagnose, treat, stabilize, observe, discharge, or transfer patients, with an emphasis on concierge-style patient interactions and collaboration with nurses, radiology, and laboratory teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted Texas medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; ATLS preferred.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Experience in emergency medicine, trauma, urgent care, or acute care.
• Ability to lead and make clinical decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical care to all patients presenting to the freestanding ED.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, stabilize, observe, discharge, or transfer patients as clinically appropriate.
• Manage both adult and pediatric emergency presentations.
• Lead patient care in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, mid-level providers, radiology, lab, registration, and leadership.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and credentialing requirements.
