Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool PRN daytime shifts across multiple FSED sites in Kentucky and Indiana. The RN provides nursing care across age groups and adheres to Kentucky Nursing Laws and Baptist Health policies.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborate with inter-professional teams, and participate in governance councils to promote quality and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky RN license.
• Associate's degree in nursing.
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/reassessment.
• Delivers care per policies and evidence-based standards.
• Ensures care aligns with Baptist Health Louisville's mission and values.
• Evaluates patient responses to treatment.
• Utilizes critical thinking and leadership skills.
