We are taking a unique approach to building our team. Rather than just handing off isolated tasks, we are looking for freelancers to consistently collaborate with us over time, with the ultimate future opportunity to bring you on as an official, full-time member of the Cre8tive Logic team.

To do this right, we want to hire true "experts" in specific roles so we can build an incredibly strong foundation. While knowing how to handle other design or photography work is absolutely a huge plus and highly valued, your primary expertise needs to be rooted in flawless video production and editing.

What You'll Handle

• Shoot high-quality, compelling video content on location or in-studio for various clients.
• Manage full post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and audio mixing.
• Format and optimize deliverables for a variety of platforms (web headers, YouTube, TikTok/Reels, broadcast).
• Collaborate closely with our internal team to ensure visuals align perfectly with client branding, strategy, and messaging.

Requirements

Expert-level understanding of lighting, composition, camera operation, and visual storytelling.

Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, and/or After Effects).

Bonus: Experience with photography, motion graphics, or graphic design is a massive plus, but your core strength must be video.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and shooting schedules.

A positive, problem-solving attitude and a highly collaborative mindset on set and in post-production.
