Spring Studios is a worldwide creative and production agency specialised in supporting fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

Spring Studios is looking for an Senior Art Director based in New York to collaborate on a variety of brand projects.

The role is responsible for overseeing the projects assigned by the Creative Director and provides strategic and innovative creative direction and guidance to internal creative resources and external collaborators.

Acts as a bridge between the creative team (designers, copy, art directors) and the Creative Director, focusing on execution and team leadership on the assigned project.

Must have experience in communicating to and approach clients.

Must have a strategic understanding of the creative role in the fashion/beauty/luxury industry, combining innovation and aesthetic goals in developing new and effective approaches for our clients.

Should be comfortable working within established client brand guidelines while continuing to find new and interesting ways to express the clients needs within those guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in creative agencies
• A solid experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, make up and lifestyle industries
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience (management of small teams and tutoring of junior resources);
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• An established and aesthetic portfolio of elevated creative concepts demonstrating expertise in a range of creative mediums and large integrated campaigns
• Must be able to manage multiple streams simultaneously and deliver within the designated timelines
• Must be able to maintain excellent relationships with other departments and clients
• Must be a leader with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess team growing and building skills
• Must have a passion in keeping up to date with innovation and tech aspects
• Must have ability to mentor and create a learning environment
