The role offers a flexible project-based schedule, competitive hourly pay of $14–$16, and opportunities to impact customer experience through precise merchandising and reporting via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 50 lbs with heavier items; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in cold environments (refrigerated/freezer sections) for limited periods.
• Planogram experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
