Fox Nation is seeking a dynamic, experienced freelance long-form Producer in New York to create compelling true crime content for the FOX audience. You will research stories, script, shoot in the field, obtain rights, and manage interviews and archival material.

Responsibilities

• Research stories, write scripts, shoot in the field, obtain archival video, and manage rights and clearances.
• Write narrative scripts for projects ranging from 15 minutes to one hour in length.
• Coordinate with other departments such as legal, finance, graphics, marketing, field production, and media relations.
• Book guests and conduct on- and off-camera interviews.
• Collaborate with staff and freelance field crews to shoot interviews and additional footage.
• Work with editors to turn raw footage into a completed program.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research stories, write scripts, shoot in the field, obtain archival video, and manage rights and clearances
• Write narrative scripts for projects ranging from 15 minutes to one hour in length
• Coordinate with other departments throughout Fox such as legal, finance, graphics, marketing, field production, and media relations

PAY AND BENEFITS

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $40.00-50.00 per hour.
