Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is recruiting for an in-store advisor to deliver personalized customer service and beauty consultations at our retail locations. You will contribute to standout visual merchandising and partner with the team to create engaging in-store events that educate and delight customers.

As a freelance role, you will support promotions, stay current on brand offerings, and help ensure a top-tier customer experience across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Work authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
