The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an in-store advisor to join its prestige beauty team on a freelance basis staffed at Randstad-supported retail locations.

You will deliver personalized beauty consultations and ensure an inspirational customer experience across brand counters. Responsibilities include executing visual merchandising, supporting in-store events, and maintaining product knowledge to educate customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
