This freelance role is staffed at retail locations by Randstad Sourceright (RSR). The employer of record for this assignment is Randstad, with hourly pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
