Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is recruiting for a freelance in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and standout customer service. You will execute visual merchandising, support promotional events, and educate customers on product features and application techniques in a dynamic retail setting.

Flexible hours, including weekends and events, are required. Employment is through Randstad Sourceright for Estee Lauder retail locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
• Retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
