Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly, skilled beauty advisor to deliver personalized in-store service and educate customers on product benefits. You will support visual merchandising, assist with promotions, and collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and events is required in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail or beauty experience is preferred, and U.S. work authorization is a must.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
