About the Role

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional sports streaming experience to millions of fans worldwide by curating, publishing, and optimising content across the platform. It ensures users have seamless access to engaging and relevant sports coverage, shaping how fans interact with live and on-demand content. The editor works across a packed schedule of key metadata, highlights, and replays, and may own specific sections or major rights while reporting to the Chief Editor.

• Execute ideas for major events and key rights.
• Own specific sections or major rights, reporting directly to the Chief Editor and driving impactful content strategies.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience identifying spelling and grammar errors.
• Ability to watch an interview and identify the killer headline every time, with knowledge of what lines sports fans will click on.
• Fantastic knowledge of major sports and the OTT/sports broadcasting landscape.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong experience working within a CMS.
