Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an on-site Event Coordinator to support monthly events across Charlotte and Raleigh, with travel to Charleston as needed. You will manage on-site logistics, registrations, signage, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless experiences for attendees.

The role requires 1–3 years in event coordination, excellent communication, and the ability to travel regionally. A proactive, organized, and energetic approach will help you excel in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of event coordination and registration experience.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your assigned market.
• Ensure every aspect of the event is prepared and runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Participate in a 30 minute pre-event call before every event to review details.
