Qualifications

  • 3+ years data center operations experience.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
  • Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
  • Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
  • Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.

Skills

Cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Documentation and communication skills
Rack and stack operations
Knowledge of power distribution and UPS systems
