Job summary

LifeBook Memoirs seeks an interviewer to guide authors in telling their stories in a structured, compassionate way. You will conduct 12 interviews over six months, visiting authors at home and recording all sessions for the ghostwriter.

The role includes preparation, team communication, and post-session uploading of files, with a focus on confidentiality and project discipline. You will be trained to master both technical and soft skills, ensuring a respectful, empathetic approach to capture

Qualifications

• Must have excellent listening and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit authors in their home for 12 meetings over six months.
• Conduct meetings of 90 minutes (11 sessions) and one 120-minute session for scanning photos.
• Record all meetings digitally and keep notes for ghostwriter input.
• Prepare for sessions, coordinate with the team, and upload audio files.
• Review author amendments and provide materials to the ghostwriter after sessions.
• Complete full seven-month project with confidentiality and schedule discipline.
