Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks an in-store beauty advisor for Randstad-sourced freelance roles at retail locations. You will deliver personalized service, provide expert product consultations, and support events and product demonstrations to engage customers on the sales floor.

In partnership with a high-performing team, you will maintain visual merchandising standards and educate clients on brand offerings while enjoying development opportunities and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and events.
• Work authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations.
• Maintain knowledge of brand products, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
