Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking qualified independent personal trainers to deliver in-person, client-centered fitness sessions at homes and local locations. You control your schedule, service area, and client engagement choices.

This is an independent contractor opportunity (not employment). Trainers decide which opportunities to accept and manage their own business practices while maintaining professional standards and credentials.

Qualifications

• Recognized Personal Training Certification or other qualifying fitness credential accepted for the applicable service.
• Current CPR/AED certification where applicable.
• Professional fitness knowledge and experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to safely provide personal training services.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations you choose to accept.
• Successful completion of applicable credential and background-screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized personal training services.
• Design training programs based on your professional judgment and the client's goals, needs, preferences, and applicable safety considerations.
• Coordinate session times directly with accepted clients.
• Provide services safely, professionally, and within the scope of your qualifications and credentials.
• Maintain required certifications and credentials.
• Provide or use professional exercise equipment you determine appropriate for the accepted engagement.
• Complete necessary platform records for scheduling, completed-session verification, billing, communication, safety or incident reporting, and other administrative purposes.
• Provide additional client-specific services only when those services are disclosed as part of the opportunity and accepted as part of the engagement.
