CARMA in Beirut is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to create compelling print and digital designs and help evolve the CARMA brand identity. You will communicate messages clearly to target audiences, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with marketing strategy.

Qualifications

• BA in Digital/Graphic Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience.
• Experience designing for print and digital platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts from scratch and sample layouts.
• Apply corporate brand guidelines across print and digital outputs.
• Create/modify visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Present concepts to team and incorporate feedback.
• Manage timelines and deliver designs on time, including urgent requests.
• Organize and file artwork for easy retrieval.
• Support MENA clients on Arabic content design work.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams for print/digital production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design techniques.
• Comply with CARMA policies and contribute to brand consistency.
