Job summary

Sqwad is launching in the U.S. and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations in College Station.

This isn’t a sales job; you’ll secure partnership agreements with local businesses through in-person outreach and conversations with decision-makers. You can earn aggressively with a $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday and activation bonuses: $200 per shop activated within 24 hours, or $140 after the 24-hour window.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage own schedule.
• Experience with basic tools like Google Sheets or CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introduce Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved).
• Speak with business owners and decision-makers to secure signed partnerships.
• Lock in key locations to build early market presence.
• Log activity and leads using simple digital tools and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team.
