Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You'll serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled visits to ensure accurate audits and strong brand presence.

Visits are twice per month, one hour each, with store counts varying by market. Immediate start dates available upon certification, flexible scheduling, and travel to local stores.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Detail-focused, highly professional, and reliable.
• Comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Access to personal transport to travel to local stores.
• Smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit execution with follow-up visits to resolve issues and transitions into merchandising.
• Display and merchandising fixes on the sales floor with store staff.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data/photos.
