Job summary

R&R Partners is seeking an experienced Experiential Creative/Design Lead to translate strategy into live experiences, balancing creative ambition with venue constraints and budget realities. The role requires conceptual vision, production awareness, and leadership across multiple markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, provide direction to designers and partners, and help scale experiential programs across venues while maintaining brand integrity and guest impact.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into live experiential concepts.
• Ability to balance creative impact with feasibility and budget constraints.
• Ability to mentor and guide internal and external creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of experiential creative development across several product workstreams.
• Develop event concepts that balance creative impact with executional feasibility.
• Partner with Production, Strategy, Creative Leadership, and Account teams throughout development and execution.
• Provide clear creative direction to internal designers and external partners.
• Advise on guest experience, environmental storytelling, and spatial design across the program.
• Build scalable creative systems adaptable across multiple venues, markets, and budgets.
