HUSH is seeking an Architectural Designer who translates brand narratives into spatial language across project types and scales. You collaborate with designers, technologists and strategists to shape environments that resonate and leave a lasting impression.

The role emphasizes 80% making and execution and 20% learning and concepting, with a portfolio required and proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite to craft mood and aesthetic direction.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of design experience in architecture or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, fine arts, interior design, or equivalent.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across scales and media.
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to spatial concept development—from big ideas to refined details.
• Develop mood boards, visual narratives, and inspiration frameworks.
• Shape the experiential arc of a space—entry, movement, pause and feel.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists and fabricators to realize concepts.
• Contribute to pitches with strong visual storytelling and spatial thinking.
• Articulate design ideas clearly in visual and verbal form.
