Job summary

BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an immediate, 3-month contract to reinforce our People team during a critical phase of the annual compensation calendar.

You will report directly to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance and partner closely with HRBPs and local HR teams to keep BlaBlaCar's core compensation processes running without disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits.
• Ability to operate on a fast-paced, calendar-driven cycle.

• Own and execute key components of the annual compensation calendar.
• Partner with HRBPs and local HR teams to ensure continuity of compensation processes.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to management during the contract period.

This is a fully hands‑on mission with real ownership from day one: you'll need to be operational within days, not weeks, picking up live, time-sensitive workstreams already in motion.
