Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a leading wireless brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and professional with strong relationship skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with consistent audits.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Own transportation to local stores.
• Own smartphone with internet access (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Wireless/consumer electronics retail experience preferred.
• Brand Rep Certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits and quality checks on a recurring basis.
• Perform visits and follow-up to resolve issues and maintain brand displays.
• Assist store staff with merchandising and brand presentation on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and upload photos in real time.
