Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising for a leading wireless/tech brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Visits are scheduled twice per month and last one hour. This 1099 position offers flexible scheduling, immediate start dates upon certification, and compensation starting at $24 per hour plus travel incentives.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit then follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
