Job summary

ThirdChannel Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connectivity brand. Visits are 1 hour, twice per month, with schedule flexibility and immediate start after certification.

You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, ensuring product quality, brand visibility, and a maintained presence across assigned locations. Prior telecom retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Own a smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Sprint to resolve issues and transition to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
