Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. As an independent contractor, you will act as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit, with total counts varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail stores.
• Access to a personal smartphone with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Brand Rep Certification required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured in-store audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Begin with an audit, then follow-up visits and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist store staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data.
