ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. Visits are scheduled twice monthly, each lasting one hour, with total locations varying by market.

The role is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity under a 1099 contract, requiring completion of Brand Rep Certification before starting. You will report via the ThirdChannel App and contribute to consistent brand presence at

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit execution: audit, follow-up visits, and visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display and merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology and reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
