We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Biometric Passport Specialist to join our team in Akron. As a Freelancer you will be responsible for assisting clients with obtaining biometric passports ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their passport needs and provide guidance on the application process
• Collect necessary documents and information from clients including biometric data
• Utilize specialized tools and software to capture biometric information accurately
• Review all documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting to the appropriate authorities
• Keep up-to-date with any changes or updates in passport regulations and procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients

Requirements

• Must have previous experience working as a Biometric Passport Specialist or in a similar role
• Knowledge of biometric technology and procedures is required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English additional languages are an asset
• Ability to work independently manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is crucial in this role
• Must be comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality

This is a part-time freelance position with a salary of $1500 per month.
