- You hold a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in Biology and/or a relevant area.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience focusing on one of the following fields: Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics & Genomics, Physiology, Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Developmental Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics & Computational Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Agricultural & Plant Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Biology, Neuroscience, Synthetic Biology, Systems Biology, Structural Biology, Evolutionary Developmental Biology (Evo‑Devo), Quantitative Biology.
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive and go beyond simple parameter modifications.
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- The freelance role is fully remote, so you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
