Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a freelance in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and education to customers.

You will support in-store events, maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and collaborate with the team to ensure an engaging shopping experience. This role is recruited by Randstad Sourceright for freelance placements at Estee Lauder retail locations, with flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
