Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies is seeking a highly motivated in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and advanced product demonstrations at our retail locations. Qualifications

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations during scheduled shifts.
