Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic beauty advisor to deliver personalized service and educate customers in-store. You will support visual merchandising, participate in events, and ensure high presentation standards across the retail floor.

Collaborating with store colleagues, you’ll stay informed about brand products, perform demonstrations, and help create inspiring experiences that excite customers and drive engagement at Estee Lauder retail locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
