Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apparel design or product development experience.
• Experience with collaborations, licensed product, or vendor programs preferred.
• Strong Illustrator sketching and technical flat skills.
• Experience creating tech packs and supporting product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; PLM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Vizcom is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal apparel collection development.
• Create sketches, flats, and technical packages in Adobe Illustrator.
• Build mood boards, concept decks, and trend presentations.
• Research trends, color direction, fabrics, and silhouette ideas.
• Maintain tech packs, BOMs, and PLM updates.
• Coordinate samples, lab dips, and approvals.
• Attend fit sessions and track revisions.
• Partner with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, and Sourcing teams.
• Support vendor communication and product development timelines.
• Assist with presentations, line reviews, and seasonal launches.
