Candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, strong Python/JavaScript/Java/Go skills, SQL proficiency, and a track record delivering robust, real-world software.

Competenze

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation or complex systems integration.
• Production-ready software with modular boundaries (parsing, logic, reporting).
• Proficiency in at least two major languages and SQL databases.
• Experience with live, real-world environments and multi-step system interactions.
• Ability to provide concise technical feedback on complex behavior.

Mansioni

• Help train advanced generative systems by providing human feedback on AI agent behavior.
• Support leading AI organizations in teaching LLMs to operate as proactive, multi-step agents.
• Contribute to projects that train systems to design, coordinate, and optimize complex real-world workflows.
• Evaluate and refine agent orchestration performance across realistic scenarios.
• Identify and report nuanced system failures, edge cases, and behavioral weaknesses.
