Job summary

Heartland ABA in Charles City, IA is hiring RBTs for in-home and community-based ABA services. This part-time role offers a free 40-hour RBT certification training, a six-month commitment, and the chance to grow within the ABA field.

You will provide one-on-one therapy, record data, and support families. No experience? Paid training is provided. Same Day Pay is available to access a portion of earnings immediately after clocking in and out, with competitive compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Role as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
