Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Charles City, IA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support positive outcomes.

We offer a free 40-hour RBT certification training, same-day pay after clocking in/out, and flexible part-time schedules with opportunities for advancement through BCBA partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Education
