We are actively filling 8 solo driver positions on a premier local fleet out of Fredericksburg designed to keep your pockets full and your schedule predictable.

• THE EARNINGS & PAY STRUCTURE: Average $1,671 weekly ($86,892/yr), with top-performing drivers pulling in a massive $1,735 per week ($90,220 annualized). Get paid through a reliable model backed by CPM, load pay, and stop pay, with fast payouts starting right after your first load.


• ROUTE & FREIGHT DETAILS: Run local routes originating out of Fredericksburg, VA, averaging 1,300 miles per week with deliveries across Virginia and Maryland. Load and unload trailers using an electric pallet jack, handling returns back to the distribution center. Drive automatic transmission trucks pulling 53' trailers, requiring a personal vehicle for daily commuting to the facility.


• SCHEDULE & HOME TIME: Get back home every single day. We are currently hiring for a night shift on a 5-day work schedule including weekends, with 2 consecutive days off per week.


• DRIVER REQUIREMENTS & SCREENING: Bring a minimum of 3 months of recent driving experience. Complete mandatory pre-employment substance screenings utilizing urine toxicology panels and hair follicle testing.
