Job summary

The Press Club Grill, a Jimmy John’s franchisee, is hiring In-Shopper/Crew Members to greet customers, assemble fast, fresh sandwiches, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting with competitive wages and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet customers and take orders.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass sandwich tests after two weeks of employment and at future testing times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors and restrooms.
• Flexible schedule; willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash-handling duties.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches.
• Comply with portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
• Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code and keep the store clean.
