Job summary

JS Fort Group, Inc., a Jimmy John's franchise, is seeking an In-Store Team Member to deliver Freaky Fast sandwiches and top-tier customer service. You will help with order organization, prep, and maintaining a clean, efficient store, with a tipping pool included in biweekly pay.

As part of a small, fast-paced team, you’ll contribute to a simple, fun environment with limited menu items and no fryers to clean, while advancing through career/promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to take orders in person or by phone.
• Strong organizational skills to keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Making Freaky Fast sandwiches to consistent brand standards.
• Assisting customers with their orders in the restaurant or over the phone.
• Organizing orders and ensuring the correct product is given out.
• Helping maintain a hospital clean store.
• Prepping product throughout the day.
