Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator for the FRCS Support Services contract. The role focuses on secure FRCS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, compliance, and available enterprise services in a 40-hour on-site workweek at Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, and nearby locations.

The position emphasizes FRCS admin, Windows Server, virtualization, storage, and network services, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, RMF, and STIG compliance.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Oral and written English fluency.
• State’s Driver’s License.
• Experience in FRCS multi‑server test bed, preproduction, and production environments.
• Experience with FRCS applications, operating systems, protocols, and equipment.
• Knowledge of service, configuration, change, incident and problem management processes.
• Experience managing system resources including performance, capacity, availability and recoverability.
• Experience with NIST, DoD, DoN, and USMC standards and RMF policies.
• Marine Corps Information Assurance policies related to FRCS.
• Certifications: Security+, CASP, CISSP, Server+.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain FRCS multi-server test, pre-production, and production environments for availability and performance.
• Install, configure, patch, troubleshoot, and optimize FRCS applications and Windows Server OS, virtualization, storage, and network services.
• Document changes and maintain baselines per ITSM practices.
• Monitor server health, backups, DR capabilities, and proactively resolve issues.
• Apply STIGs and RMF activities to maintain cybersecurity compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and controls engineers to implement improvements.
