Innovative Systems Group is seeking a detail-oriented investigator to handle policy violations, privacy concerns, and compliance-related investigations. You will gather data from multiple sources, document findings, and prepare summaries for legal, privacy, and HR stakeholders.
The role requires experience in investigations or related fields, familiarity with case management systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location: Overland Park KS | Hybrid
Pay rate: $20.00/hr on W2
Hybrid - 4 days/week onsite to start. Resource must be based near and able to work from either the Overland Park, KS office or the Allentown, PA office. Depending on workload and business needs, the schedule may transition to 3 days/week onsite later in the engagement.

Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators.
Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings.
Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations in case management systems.
Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for Corporate Investigations, Legal Affairs, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business stakeholders.
Manage assigned caseload and ensure timely progression of investigations and related follow-up actions.
Coordinate with investigators, attorneys, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business partners to obtain information and resolve investigative matters.
Support customer privacy investigations and regulatory response activities as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and investigative standards.
Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative activities as assigned.
1-3 years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field.
Experience conducting research, fact-finding, case documentation, and investigative analysis.
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information.
Familiarity with case management systems and investigative documentation practices.
